Chuckle Hut This Sunday Night

Finally, sent the invitation out. crazy week.
here is our “newsletter”:

Lé Chucklers:

Well, Norman has had quite.a.month!!! He finally discovered Twitter at South by Southwest—he went for the interactive portion, thinking it meant something entirely different—and now all of Chelsea is giving Norman and Keith such dirty tweets you wouldn’t believe. Then they went and discovered Tumblr and lip dubs! Lets just say that because of this, the sauna over at the David Barton gym sauna has given new definition to the term, “social media.”*

That said the (Lé Chuckle Hut) show must go on. So, maybe we’re sending this out a little late. But things have been nuts for us lately between Kristen, Bear Stearns, and Obama on “The View.” We’ve barely had a chance to take off our berets for the night, before some other drama pops up.

Enough about that. Ellen and Erin are disgusted that the note has taken this long to get out. So, we truly hope that show up on Sunday (as in TOMORROW) so that Caroline doesn’t get replaced with Sherri Shepherd (her seventh cousin).

Here’s the lineup:

Chuck Nice
Chuck is a friend-of-Le Chucks and a denizen of Page Six. Besidesthat, he is currently hosting two shows for the WE network (“Cinematherapy” and “Three Men and a Chick Flick”) and can be seen weekly on VH-1’s “Best Week Ever.” In addition, Chuck is a segment reporter for Fox’s “Mornings with Mike & Juliet” and a frequent contributor to MSNBC’s “Countdown with Keith Olberman” and “Morning Joe.” In addition to television, Chuck served an eight-year term as the comic relief on the syndicated radio program “The Radio Chick” show.

Bryan Tucker
Bryan writes for “SNL” which means he may be a little tired on Sunday, but Norman will forgive just about anything these days. Before “SNL,” he wrote for such tour-de-forces as “The Chris Rock Show,” “Mad TV,” “Tough Crowd with Colin Quinn,” and “Chappelle’s Show.” He also wrote
for “Best Week Ever,” until the sexual tension with Chuck Nice became too much to bear.

Jacquetta Szathmari

Jacquetta is a writer, comedian, producer,
contributing editor (at www.mainstreet.com, where she is beloved!), and bundle of sass. She performs regularly in Manhattan clubs including Standup New York, New York Comedy Club, Comix, and Laugh
Lounge, where she co-hosts a bi-weekly show, “Serg’s Fresh Faces.” She was featured in a Comedy Central pilot. According to her website, her act is a witty, acerbic and candid commentary on race/class relations
and the failures of modern society. Watch out, Norman!

Wendy Ho

Wendy was raised in a Kansas City trailer court, and
overindulged with too many episodes of “227” and “Good Times” as a child. Her very own monthly variety show, “The Wendy Ho Show” is at Caroline’s on Broadway and has featured headliners Judy Gold and Susie
Essman. She is currently developing and starring in her own one-woman show, “The Gospel According to Ho,” which features music from her debut album of the same title. Her debut video, “Bitch I Stole Yo
Purse,” is currently running on Logo’s “NewNowNext.” She is represented by the lovely and talented Tionna Tee Smalls of www.talkdatish.com, who will be at show, too.

AND to shake things up a little bit, we’re going to include a sketch group…

Slightly Known People
Slightly Known People is a sketch group extraordinaire. They have some unique comedy routines including live sketches, songs, videos, and power-point presentations. Beginning April 5, SKP (as Ellen and Erin
call them) will begin a new Saturday night show, “Random Hookups with Slightly Known People,” (also known in some circles as the “Meredith and Jeffrey Ma Story”) at the Green Room at 45 Bleecker Street (The Bleecker Street Theater).

AS USUAL, THERE WILL BE GIVEAWAYS. LOTS OF ‘EM. SO, IF YOU WANT TO BE THE WINNER THAT YOU ARE, BONE UP ON YOUR OBAMA ON “THE VIEW,” AND MOBY
TRIVIA! MOBY’S ALBUM “DROPS” (AS NORMAN WOULD SAY) ON TUESDAY. NORMAN IS LINING UP UP OUTSIDE OF ITUNES RIGHT NOW TO GET HIS COPY.

*ED note: Norman has no clue about what any of the proper nouns—save for Chelsea, Keith, and David Barton gym sauna, obviously—in this
paragraph mean.

ED note #2: Ellen was away and Caroline is not talented in the hyperlinking department
